The Pantry, Novotel Brisbane's main on-site eatery, offers alfresco dining and food to make you feel like you’re dining in your own home - it’s fresh, seasonal and delicious. The Pantry is dedicated to listening to our guests; we understand that families and regular travellers want simple ingredients that you would find in your own pantry or garden. With a sumptuous breakfast buffet and seasonal a la carte dinner you will be sure to feel at home at the pantry.

The Pantry ‘home style’ menu is inspired by our multicultural team and their family favourites. Choose to eat healthy with dishes inspired by Novotel brand ambassador Sally Fitzgibbons or if you’re feeling indecisive multiple dishes can be ordered to share including nibbles, salads, sides and sweets. A dedicated kids menu is also available in The Pantry with delicious choices, perfect for kids up to 12 years.

Indoor and outdoor seating are offered and Wi-Fi is available for an additional charge.

Two Donkeys serves up delicious, fresh breakfast, lunch, local Fonzie Abbott coffee and take-away items for those in a rush. Open five days a week from 6:30am - 3:00pm, with pop-up BBQ’s on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the breeze way.

Here at Novotel Brisbane we have introduced a new kids menu designed by professional surfer Sally Ftizgibbons. Look out for the Thumbs Up menu items which means that our nutrition team has made sure that the preparation methods and ingredients are especially good for growing kids!
